I Will Witness Send Me

Yesterday we read and thought about the letter written to believers from the book of Revelation.  Here are the scriptures from Isaiah 6 (GWT) which I said we were going to compare to that.  Think on these things today, if you wish write about them.  Please share anything you'd like or ask questions here and I (as well as anyone else) will reply.

I request wisdom, discernment and protection covering our lips as we share for His glory, for each of us.

With Love and a Holy Kiss to each of you, In Christ,
Candace

 1In the year King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a high and lofty throne. The bottom of his robe filled the temple. 2Angels were standing above him. Each had six wings: With two they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. 3They called to each other and said,

   “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Armies!
   The whole earth is filled with his glory.”
 4Their voices shook the foundations of the doorposts, and the temple filled with smoke.
 5So I said, “Oh, no!

   I’m doomed.
      Every word that passes through my lips is sinful.
         I live among people with sinful lips.
            I have seen the king, the Lord of Armies!”
 6Then one of the angels flew to me. In his hand was a burning coal that he had taken from the altar with tongs. 7He touched my mouth with it and said, “This has touched your lips. Your guilt has been taken away, and your sin has been forgiven.”
 8Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom will I send? Who will go for us?”
   I said, “Here I am. Send me!”
 9And he said, “Go and tell these people,

   ‘No matter how closely you listen, you’ll never understand.
   No matter how closely you look, you’ll never see.’
    10Make these people close-minded.
         Plug their ears.
            Shut their eyes.
            Otherwise, they may see with their eyes,
         hear with their ears,
      understand with their minds,
         and return and be healed.”

Enlighten Me

As I have shared several times over the past decade the pivotal moment of consciousness for me was when my heart and mind united with my spirit and soul around this understanding, and I quote from that journal:
Again, God has said, “It is Time…” He wants me to bind the words He has written for others to grow through them.  To bind those words, our experiences – the journey and blend it with their own individual journey through which they will etch, seal, experience what HIS meaning of living IS.
I do not know what He means totally, but then I do not need to know.  The only think I need to know is Christ and how much I love Him, how much the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit love me.  The rest is between others and God.   I pray mercy and grace over them as they take off on this journey – I pray that they truly sit with you and eat every morsel in fellowship with you.
This I know, I have read many travelers experiences and opinions on “How To” travel this journey.  However, the same thread runs through each tale.  Today is only a point in time and all time is held in your hands.  You are the beginning and the end, the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last.  All time has been closed the only thing still happening is fulfillment.
Everyone’s’ journey is as unique as they are.  No one can tell them how to journey their path except the creator of the path. In ignorance we put faith in opinions of the creatures instead of the truth of the creator.  The creature is here to aid, not to answer.
You are here, knocking, calling, desiring us to experience you, share you, allow you to Love on us – each and everyone; simply because you are our Dad.
I am not a writer as I often say; I am just another sojourner on the journey.  I am putting this out here to share because my Dad asked me to.  I know He will find the success He desires to reach whoever wants to know Him.
Whoever you are, talk, sing, share and Love.  Not because you are perfect at it, but as a witness….because you can, for Him.
With Love and a Kiss,
Candace
The reason I am sharing all this again is for the purpose of bringing it to remembrance as we journey through our honest thoughts.  Today we are discussing:  True Witness
The definition is simple whether in Greek or Hebrew.  The generic meaning is what we would assume, a testimony, record of a person, congregation, swarm or crown.  Christ was the true witness, the Holy Spirit was his witness and He asked that we be His witness.  To give us the complete understanding let’s look at what Revelation (3 – I believe) states as the writer speaks of Christ as the “true witness”.  I believe you will find it very “enlightening”
A letter to the church in Laodicea (GWT):
Write: The Amen, the witness who is faithful and true, the source of God’s creation says:
I know what you have done, that you are neither “hot nor cold”.  I wish you were cold or hot.  But since you are luke warm and not hot or cold, I am going to spit you out of my mouth!
You say:
“I’m rich”.  “I’m wealthy”.  “I don’t need anything”.  Yet you do not realize that you are pitiful, poor, blind and naked!
I advised you:
Buy gold purified in fire from me so that you may be rich.
Buy white clothes from me; wear them so that you may keep your shameful, naked body from showing.
Buy ointment to put on your eyes so that you may see!
I correct and discipline everyone I love – “Take this seriously and change the way you think and act!!!
Look, I am standing at the door and knocking.
If anyone “Listens to my voice and opens the door I will come in and we will eat together.”
“Let the person who has ears “Listen” to what the Spirit says to the churches.”
I, Candace,  beseech each of you, please LISTEN….please…..
Tomorrow we will see what was said about all this by Isaiah.
With Love,
Candace

If The Good News Is So Good, Why Are We Ashamed To Share It–Just Asking?

Honestly, how can we possibly encourage others unless we are telling them “Good News”?

Isn’t this what Christ came to do – give people without a hope of good news, good new and a reason for them to have hope again?

It has been requested of us, by God, through Christ to finish what was started before anything ever was that we know of in existence. Knowing that His ways are higher than our ways, that means even the most intelligent of us, we must find ways to keep each other encouraged even on our worst day. At least that is what I consider of importance. Hebrews 10 gives us some of the best news we could ever hope to hear:

Brothers and sisters, because of the blood of Jesus we can now confidently go into the holy place. Jesus has opened a new and living way for us to go through the curtain. (The curtain is his own body.) We have a superior priest in charge of God’s house. We have been sprinkled \with his blood/ to free us from a guilty conscience, and our bodies have been washed with clean water. So we must continue to come/ to Him\ with a sincere heart and strong faith. We must continue to hold firmly to our declaration of faith. The one who made the promise is faithful.

We must also consider how to encourage each other to show love and to do good things. We should not stop gathering together with other believers, as some of you are doing. Instead, we must continue to encourage each other even more as we see the day of the Lord coming.

If we go on sinning after we have learned the truth, no sacrifice can take away our sins. All that is left is a terrifying wait for judgment and a raging fire that will consume God’s enemies. If two or three witnesses accused someone of rejecting Moses’ Teachings, that person was shown no mercy as he was executed. What do you think a person who shows no respect for the Son of God deserves? That person looks at the blood of the promise (the blood that made him holy) as no different from other people’s blood, and he insults the Spirit that God gave us out of his kindness. He deserves a much worse punishment. We know the God who said:

“I alone have the right to take revenge. I will pay back.”

God also said:

“The Lord will judge his people.”

Falling into the hands of the living God is a terrifying thing. Remember the past when you first learned the truth. You endured a lot of hardship and pain. At times you were publicly insulted and mistreated. At times you associated with people who were treated this way. You suffered with prisoners. You were cheerful even though your possessions were stolen, since you know that you have a better and more permanent possession.

Sp don’t lose your confidence. It will bring you a great reward. You need endurance so that after you have done what God wants you to do, you can receive what he has promised:

“Yet, the one who is coming will come soon. He will not delay. The person who has God’s approval will live because of faith. But if he turns back, I will not be pleased with him.”

We don’t belong with those who turn back and are destroyed. Instead, we belong with those who have faith and are saved.

Today think about these things in reflection of the verses above:

Lot’s wife (Genesis 19) who was turned to a pillar of salt because she turned back.

You are salt for the earth; but if salt loses its taste, how will it be made salty again? (Matt 5)

(Matt 17) He told them, “Because you have so little faith”. I can guarantee you this truth: IF your faith is the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, “Move from here to there, and it will move – Nothing will be impossible for you.”

I pray for each of us, where we hold onto any unbelief that we be healed through the faith that God completes all things. Where we are weak He is strong – leaving nothing incomplete – so your faith which is the size of a mustard seed is as large as Christ walking on water……through Him. Just Believe and leave the rest in His righteous hands!

Kisses,

Candace

The Depths Of My Heart

All I ask today, is that you pray this fervently, and believe.  I cover us all with a love - the love, which covers a multitude of sins.....and I believe that it is done - by my faith.
With Love for each of you,
Candace

Prayer in Prose
Entry: September 14, 2011

I truly Love you so deeply, my Father
And I desperately desire to be good unto you
To know you in truth and responsive
Are the depths of my heart and soul
Teach me through Christ and your Spirit
To leave behind this worlds ways
Change all that I remember
To be all that you hold dear
Pull me close into your presence
As I make my strides mimic yours
Till all I know is your efforts
Reaching out through my limber limbs
Heal the hearts, minds- your body
Restore us to what you surely create
Nothing in anyway diminished
All things able to withstand
Be the Son you created
 Be the wealth of the world
Be the rescue and deliverance
Be your story NOW told
Speak with a voice bold and loving
Reverberate till the misaligned falls
There is No one thing greater
Than the power of the rightful risen Lord
Through Him you have pulled us together
Back into our purposeful place
 All broken, shattered pieces
Swept away to hold back no more
Loose the winds from the 4 corners
Blow in to lift up and pull us away
Turn up the fires of destruction
Bind the debris forever more
Live as the Righteous King and Father
 The only One True and Living God
Who loved us from the beginning
Who began a good work and saw it through
Forever Almighty in all ways
Our redeemer and the Lover of our souls
United through the Heart of our Savior
By the name that you gave free indeed
By believing His words we have power
By speaking these words He is alive
Receive us as we come before you
In Glory be Held on High

With A Holy Kiss

We Flail, He Prevails

Good Morning Sojourner!
As we continue to think Honestly about where we are going - reflect on what we have been studying.  Think about what you understand Kingdom, Democracy, Authority and mocking God to be.  You do not have to write it down, just think (and write if you want to).

Read the thoughts for today,which are below and then write anything that comes to your heart and mind.  I would love to hear from you about it if you wish to have someone listen to your heart.
His peace I send, please keep it =D
Kisses,
Candace
 ____________________________________________________________
We Flail, He Prevails
I praise you Oh my Father
Keep well my body, my soul
Our spirit forever united
Entwining all as we go
I pray for those you are seeking
To be able to hear your voice
Their hearts to quickly be softened
 Their minds to begin to change
Their actions forever altered
As their voice calls out your name
Believing, from you is their storehouse
Imparting their perfect gifts
In all ways may your kingdom be glorified
 As we learn to lean on you
Your wise ways and perfect understanding
Not that which mere man perceives
“Help us” oh dear heavenly Father
“Or your body will continue to flail!”
I see that we can do nothing
Unless your strong hand prevails
We need your mind for discerning
We’re appointed to oversee
So we will not mislead others……
” O God, made that never be!”
Bind your mercy and grace upon us
Protect us, Lord Jesus our Christ
The Sheppard not losing any
Just one, as you fought the good fight
We are His lambs and to Him precious
With peace, sent among wolves by His hand
Leading us not into temptation
But into your well laid plan
United unto our Father
 By His name we are blessed
We flow throughout the ages
Meeting them - face to face
Because your love has saved us
Your liberty paves their streets
Beseeching, “Lord, pass through us”
“Touch them where they’re deceived!”
“Show them of your reality"
"Loose them from their dreams”
All heaven sings rejoicing:
 “Oh How He Loves Us So”
“Let’s celebrate their deliverance”
“Let’s open wide our doors”
“Let’s feast upon their presence”
“To hear of their hearts intent”
So rich in adoration
 For the grace that sought them out
Keep coming with a vengeance
For those in whom you delight
We thank God that you have risen
That you are His Righteous Son
Who walked out the way to salvation
And you rose to welcome us home!

Finding Rest For Our Soul

Finding rest for our soul was the headliner as we met to find encouragement with each other.  I just want to say thank you to each of you for sharing so openly with myself and others.  And another big thank you for the commitment of confidentiality to protect each others "soft spot".  You are all amazing women!

The last things we were to reflect on were Jeremiah 6 speaking of standing aside to ask for God's wisdom to guide us and the verse from Galatians speaking of how God will not be mocked - you reap what you sow.  If you have not read that please go back and do so before continuing with this post.

We looked at these scriptures today to increase our understanding and strength in walking out what we believe:
Jeremiah 29:11-14(GWT) I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord.  They are plans for peace and not disaster, plans to give you a future filled with hope.  Then you will call to me.  You will come and pray to me, and I will hear you.  When you look for me, you will find me.  When you wholeheartedly seek me, I will let you find me, declares the Lord.  I will bring you back from captivity.  I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have scattered you, declares the Lord.  I will bring you back from the places where you are being held captive.

Acts 10:5-7 (NAS) We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and we are ready to punish all disobedience whenever your obedience is complete. You are looking at things as they are outwardly.  If anyone is confident in himself that he is Christ's let him consider this again within himself, that just as he is Christs, so also are we.

Isaiah 26: 1-4 (NAS) In that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: "We have a strong city; He sets up walls and ramparts for security.  Open the gates that the righteous nation may enter, The one that remains faithful.  The steadfast of mind Thou wilt keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in Thee.  Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock.
Reading this portion of the scripture " I know the plans I have"  that is where we become misaligned with God's will.  We don't usually stand at the cross road by taking our own thought captive and compare it with Gods thought.  We spoke about the origin our our own limited thoughts and the saying which refers to comparing apples to apples.  When we have a thought, if we desire to substantiate it, we look for a like minded person (another apple). Likewise this does not work if you are comparing an apple to "nothing"

What happens if all we are doing is confirming a wrong thought.  In my opinion, the answer is, if we do not take our thoughts captive and we go the wrong way, all of a sudden we will find out that we are held captive by following that wrong thought into a danger zone.  Then a battle ensues.  If we do not have a thought other than an apple, then we have no helpful information in our midst.  Think of God's word as an orange.  All of a sudden we have to realize, the apple mentality isn't getting me to a better place. Then decide to change our thought to align with the orange.

When we do this our soul may find rest, the battle is won....at least for a moment.  But in order for God to continue to grow us he has to weed all the saplings that are springing up to grow apple trees and plant orange trees.

Psalms 118 pulls all these together:

Give thanks to the Lord for He is good; For His loving kindness is everlasting.  Oh let Israel say, "His Loving kindness is everlasting." Oh let the house of Aaron say, "His Loving kindness is everlasting." Oh let those who fear the Lord say, "His Loving kindness is everlasting."  Form my distress I called upon the Lord; The Lord answered me and set me in a large place, The Lord is for me; I will not fear.  What can man do to me?  The Lord is for me among those who help me; Therefore i shall look with satisfaction on those who hate me.  It is better to take refuge in the lord than to trust in man.  It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.  All nations surrounded me; In the name of the Lord I will surely cut them off.  They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me; In the name of the Lord I will surely cut them off.  They surrounded me like bees; They were extinguished as a fire of thorns;  In the name of the Lord I will surely cut them off.
You pushed me violently so that I was falling, but the Lord helped me.  The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation.  The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous, the right hand of the Lord does valiantly.  The right hand of the Lord is exalted;  the right hand of the Lord is exalted; the right hand of the Lord does valiantly.  I shall not die, but live and tell of the works of the Lord.  the Lord has disciplined me severely. but He has not given me over to death.
Open to me the gates of righteousness, I shall enter through them, I shall give thanks to the Lord.  This is the gate of the Lord; the righteous will enter through it.
I shall give thanks to Thee, for Thou hast answered me; Thou hast become my salvation.  The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone, This is the Lords doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.  This is the day which the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it.  O Lord, do save, we beseech Thee;  O Lord, we beseech thee, do send prosperity!  Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord; we have blessed you from the house of the Lord; we have blessed you from the house of the Lord, The Lord is God and He has given us light; bind the festival sacrifices with cords to the horns of the altar.  Thou art my God, and I give thanks to Thee - my God, I extol Thee.

"Give thanks to the lord, for He is good; for His Loving kindness is everlasting".

This is my prayer over us all today, and my praise unto our Lord God Almighty, for He alone is Good and His Loving kindness is covering us for ever!"

Till tomorrow,
Kisses,
Candace

How Far is Far? What Determines an End?

We are entering a very mature segment of things to ponder, but I have faith that each of you is ready for this.  We are not entering a race, although at times your discomfort might desire to run eagerly toward the finish line.  But allow yourself to slow down and experience each moment, thoughtfully.  This will be your space of openness, liberty and safety.  Remember that!  Here, unlike most of your experiences in the past, there will be no expectations, only acceptance of your questions, thoughts and understanding.  With that in mind, we will base our direction on a plea and warning from Gods loving words to us.
Jeremiah 6:16 (GWT) This is what the Lord Says:  Stand at the crossroads and look.  Ask which paths are the old, reliable paths.  Ask which way leads to blessings.  Live that way, and find a resting place for yourselves.  But you said that you wouldn’t live that way.
Galatians 6: 7-10 (GWT) Make no mistake about this: You can never make a fool out of God.  Whatever you plant is what you’ll harvest.  If you plant in the soil of your corrupt nature, you will harvest destruction.  But if you plant in the soil of your spiritual nature, you will harvest everlasting life.  We can’t allow ourselves to get tired of living the right way.  Certainly, each of us will receive everlasting life at the proper time, if we don’t give up.  Whenever we have the opportunity, we have to do what is good for everyone, especially for the family of believers! (Emphasis added for our study purposes).
Deeply was about where you are.  Honestly is about where you are going.  We will take this sojourn viewing these questions:

Where are you going?

*     What is your mental focus toward?
*     Are you aware of a spiritual focus?
*     How do you perceive your future?
*     Are you facing your life honestly?

These are not in any specific order.  They are just things to think about.  I do not expect you to answer them, yet, just ask yourself the questions remembering “the sojourn is the answer; the question an endless plight” We are here to fly, not be live weighed down by sorry conditions!

So today, we are going to stop blaming others for what they did or did not do for us and to us.  I am not saying these people were kind, right or fair.  I am simply stating the obvious “they will be an obstruction for you to have a full view of your own life, where you are going and what you desire to discover about yourself”.

Sometimes we use this distraction to protect ourselves from pain. It is easier to deal with what we do not have any control over than it is to deal with what we have the power to alter and change.  This is not a feat for the faint of heart!  Let’s be brave though….one small step at a time, one complete day at a time; okay?
We never see ourselves as others do, good or bad.  We are too close and our view is askew.  Changing your life begins with honestly looking at your “self”.  We create our life not others.  Others may only suggest, reflect and have an impact toward us.  The affecting, altering power is under the dominion of “yourself”.  Knowing this helps us comprehend that in order to change our self perception we must stop using others perspectives and opinions as our truth.  It is only a piece of the puzzle not all pieces perfectly placed.

We know that there is only one True View Point and that is from the eye of God, His mind and the pure will of His heart.  We must be willing to discover and follow His ways for us.
For the sake of all good things being done unto you, I pray that you will honestly consider the things we will be journeying through, together in Him.
Kisses,
Candace

The Real You

The Real You

Today, there’s a cadence in my soul:
Chase light…. be salt….. extend peace
There is a real you lying in wait,
Planted deeply within your heart;
When young, I was all that you knew;
But under others you were buried from light;
Their debris covered what wouldn’t conform,
To their rules deemed over your life;
So this child that was to be,
Hid in darkness away from their sight.

For years the child tried to speak,
But it learned to adjust its own speech;
It tried desperately to develop alone,
Although its ways were never pleasing enough;
Soon it laid rest in the hope of its dreams;
Till what was to be, drifted off to sleep,
 Sending an alter to rise up in her stead;
At a distance which felt safe from shame.

There were times when she tried to awake,
To fill the empty halls with her sound;
But when stirred, a terror would scream;
In innocence to survive, she laid down;
Could it cope with all of their ways?
Could it face their manipulation of truth?
Such brutality from those touting “friends!”
Not one there to shield her in any way.
Naive to it all, she won’t leave;
Sleep appears, to be the most loving thing;
In her dreams maybe she'll see I am here;

So I prayed that one day you’d awake,
From the stir of a well rested state;
Her  vitality would well up inside,
That her dreams would fill the halls of your mind,
Chasing echos you'd see you’re not alone,
Without me your vision still incomplete.
There is truth which she found stored away,
Each one a treasure stored on distant shores;
All gifts for our walks through the tide,
Proving their evidence was no more than mere lies.

You were always so brave and so strong,
You kept going even when there were none,
Within you, was this child you protect,
Always mindful of the harms in your midst,
Because of your love, she’s alive today;
She sees things in a much different way,
When your hope defers her love heals;
When your words are strong, she keeps peace;
She waits for your strength to end.
In humility she listens as you share,
Please remember her love; how she cares.....
Today look at life through her eyes;
Through her focus see what she sees;
 Her sights are not searching for blame,
 She sees purity, enlightenment and peace.

Hear her voice as the innocence it is,
Whispering “Come with me live, love and laugh”
“For this journey is forever, but not long”
“Open up; just a glimpse and you'll see”
“Remember the real you; be free”
“Together we can do all this and more”
“Let’s not worry, for nothing we lack”
“We have all things, we'll ever need
..............To go, to dream to create”
“Release the weights of this world”
“This view changes all you perceive”
“Feel the wind of my words lift you up”
“Be stirred by the melody I sing”
“Keep the tune in your heart while we fly”
“So no harm, will our mind ever see”
“Do not enter the dark, we need light”
“Let’s extend wings of peace and be free”
“Share the truth as our flight takes us up”
“There are sleeping child everywhere to see”
"We must show them the way to be freed"
