Meditation of My Heart 我心中的意念
3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the praise of Israel. 4 In you our fathers put their trust; they trusted and you delivered them. 5 They cried to you and were saved; in you they trusted and were not disappointed. 11 Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help. 19 But you, O LORD, be not far off; O my Strength, come quickly to help me. 20 Deliver my life from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dogs. 21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen. 23 You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! Revere him, all you descendants of Israel! 24 For he has not despised or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help. 25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly; before those who fear you will I fulfill my vows. 26 The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the LORD will praise him— may your hearts live forever! 27 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, 28 for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations. 29 All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive. 30 Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord. 31 They will proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn— for he has done it. 3 但你是圣洁的，是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。 4 我们的祖宗倚靠你；他们倚靠你，你便解救他们。 5 他们哀求你，便蒙解救；他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。 11 求你不要远离我！因为急难临近了，没有人帮助我。 19 耶和华啊，求你不要远离我！我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我！ 20 求你救我的灵魂脱离刀剑，救我的生命（生命：原文是独一者）脱离犬类， 21 救我脱离狮子的口；你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。 23 你们敬畏耶和华的人要赞美他！雅各的後裔都要荣耀他！以色列的後裔都要惧怕他！ 24 因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人，也没有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。 25 我在大会中赞美你的话是从你而来的；我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。 26 谦卑的人必吃得饱足；寻求耶和华的人必赞美他。愿你们的心永远活着！ 27 地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他；列国的万族都要在你面前敬拜。 28 因为国权是耶和华的；他是管理万国的。 29 地上一切丰肥的人必吃喝而敬拜；凡下到尘土中─不能存活自己性命的人─都要在他面前下拜。 30 他必有後裔事奉他；主所行的事必传与後代。 31 他们必来把他的公义传给将要生的民，言明这事是他所行的。

As I meditate on the above scriptures I let the Holy Spirit show me God's attributes and names explicitly or implicitly referred to in these verses, and then I use these inspired imageries to form my prayer to God. The following are the meditation of my heart and prayer to the Lord. May they be pleasing in His sight (Ps19:14).
在我默想上述经文时我让圣灵告诉我，在这些经文中或明说或暗示地提及神的属性和神的名字，然后我用这些灵感影像来建立我向神的祈祷。以下是我心中的意念和对主的祈祷。愿它们在神面前蒙悦纳（诗19：14）。
3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the praise of Israel.
God is “the Holy One” and “the praise of Israel”. Lord, enthrone Yourself in my heart.
3 但你是圣洁的，是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。
神是“圣者”和“以色列的赞美”。主啊，让你自己在我心里坐上王位。
4 In you our fathers put their trust; they trusted and you delivered them.
God is “the trusted one” and “the deliverer”. God saves those who trust in Him.
4 我们的祖宗倚靠你；他们倚靠你，你便解救他们。
神是“可信任者”和“拯救者”。神拯救那些信靠他的人。
5 They cried to you and were saved; in you they trusted and were not disappointed.
God is our “Savior” and “fulfiller of promises”. Man disappoints but God never does.
5 他们哀求你，便蒙解救；他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。
神是我们的“救世主”和“应许实现者”。人会令人失望，但神从来不会令人失望。
11 Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help.
God is “near” us and “our ever present help”.
11 求你不要远离我！因为急难临近了，没有人帮助我。
神是“接近”我们的，并且是“我们永远的帮助”。
19 But you, O LORD, be not far off; O my Strength, come quickly to help me.
God is “LORD” and He is “near”; God is my “Strength” and my “readily available help”.
19 耶和华啊，求你不要远离我！我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我！
神是“耶和华”，他是“接近”的。神是我的“力量”和我“现成的帮助”。
20 Deliver my life from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dogs.
God is my “deliverer”. My life is precious in His eye.
20 求你救我的灵魂脱离刀剑，救我的生命脱离犬类，
神是我的“拯救者”。在他的眼中，我的生命是宝贵的。
21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen.
God is my “rescuer” and my “savior”. I shall not fear.
21 救我脱离狮子的口；你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。
神是我的“救助者”和我的“救世主”。我必不惧怕。
23 You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!
God is “worthy of our fear”, “worthy of our praise”, “worthy of our honor”, and “worthy of our reverence”.
23 你们敬畏耶和华的人要赞美他！雅各的後裔都要荣耀他！以色列的後裔都要惧怕他！
神是“配得我们的敬畏”，“配得我们的赞美”，“配得我们的荣耀”，和“配得我们的崇敬”。
24 For he has not despised or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.
God is “compassionate” and He “listens” to us. He is attentive to our needs.
24 因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人，也没有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。
神是“富于同情心”和他“聆听”我们。他关注我们的需要。
25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly; before those who fear you will I fulfill my vows.
God is “worthy of our collective praise and fear”.
25 我在大会中赞美你的话是从你而来的；我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。
神是“配得我们集体的赞美和敬畏”。
26 The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the LORD will praise him— may your hearts live forever!
God is “the provider to the poor”; God is “sought after” and He is “worthy of praise”.
26 谦卑的人必吃得饱足；寻求耶和华的人必赞美他。愿你们的心永远活着！
神是“谦卑的人的供应者”；神受“追寻”，他是“配得赞美”的。
27 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, 28 for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations.
God is “sovereign” and God is “all powerful”. He is “worthy of everyone's worship”.
27 地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他；列国的万族都要在你面前敬拜。 28 因为国权是耶和华的；他是管理万国的。
神是“掌主权的”，神是“全能的”。他是“配得每个人的崇拜”。
29 All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive.
God is “worthy of worldwide celebration and worship”.
29 地上一切丰肥的人必吃喝而敬拜；凡下到尘土中─不能存活自己性命的人─都要在他面前下拜。
神是“配得全世界的庆祝和崇拜”。
30 Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord.
God is “our propagator”. His love and blessing extend to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commandments (Ex 20:6).
30 他必有後裔事奉他；主所行的事必传与後代。
神是“我们的传播者”。他的爱和祝福延伸到那些爱他和守他诫命的人的千代（出20：06）。
31 They will proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn— for he has done it.
God is “righteous”. We will tell others what God has done in our life.
31 他们必来把他的公义传给将要生的民，言明这事是他所行的。
神是“公义的”。我们要告诉别人神在我们的生命中所做的事。
Our Lord our Father, You are the Holy One, the only one who shall receive our praise. You are where our trust lies; we can trust You for solution to our problems. You deliver us from evil; You are our Savior. You are faithful, You always fulfill your promises to your people. You are near us and our ever present help. You are our LORD, our strength to overcome. You deliver us from ourselves; we fear Your justice and we worship You. You alone are worthy of praise, honor, and reverence. You are compassionate to us and You listen to our cry. In our assembly we praise You. You provide for every one of our needs. You are whom we seek always. We praise You. You are sovereign and all powerful; nothing happens without Your permission. We worship You, for You propagate the work of our hands. We adore You for You are righteous. Amen.
我们的主我们的父，你是圣者，只有你单独应得我们的赞美。您是我们所信靠的，我们可以信任你来解决我们的问题。您救我们脱离凶恶，你是我们的救主。你是信实的，你对你的子民总是履行你的应许。你靠近我们，并且是我们不断的帮助。您是我们的耶和华神，我们的力量来得胜。您从我们的自我拯救我们，我们敬畏你的正义，我们崇拜你。只你一个人是配得赞美，荣耀和崇敬。您体恤我们，你听我们的呼求。在我们的大会中，我们赞美你。您供应我们每一个需要。你是我们一直寻求的。我们赞美你。您掌握主权和大有能力，没有未经您许可而发生的事。我们崇拜你，因为你持续我们手中的工作。我们爱你，因为你是正义的。阿门。
